i busted out the blender again but it was impromptu so i didn’t really have the right ingredients.
i ended up with this:
- organic “cloudy” apple juice (basically cider)
- vanilla yogurt
- vanilla ice cream
- a banana
- a canned peach
- scoop ‘o protein
holy crap it’s sweet. i’m not sure this was the best breakfast idea.
i’m hoping the banana and protein will cancel out the 2 pounds of sugar i just injected into my blood stream.
